From one creator to another
If you know me, this probably won’t surprise you.
Of course I’ve been creating planners, journals and workbooks, among other things.
I’ve always loved creating, storytelling, colour coding, organizing and mind mapping.
I love learning, seeing connections, and sharing what I discover so other people can have that knowledge too
and find their own ways to use it.
To me, it’s a beautiful weaving: ideas, information, people, timing and possibilities.
But holding all those threads takes somewhere to gather them.
When several projects and the needs of everyday life are moving at once,
trying to keep everything in our heads can become overwhelming.
Ideas get lost, details slip, priorities become confusing, and things we care about can be dropped.
Throughout my life, organization, strategic planning and change management
have helped me see the bigger picture and work out how to move within it: what comes first,
what depends on something else, what needs preparation, and what needs time.
Just as valuable has been learning to bring that preparation into balance with the flow of life.
To notice where things are going, where they’re drifting, what needs adjusting after an interruption,
and when it’s time to pause, restart or begin again.
A plan can give us somewhere to return to as circumstances change.
And the person belongs in that picture too—our physical and psychological wellbeing,
relationships, energy, responsibilities and capacity.
These all influence what’s possible and how we participate.
Over the years I tried many amazing systems and wasn't able to find a single resource that held these parts
together the way my life & projects needed, so I began developing my own.
This collection grows from those working pages and prototypes,
shaped by lived experience and the people I’ve worked alongside.
Through these planners and journals, I’m sharing both practical tools and the understanding behind them:
ways to gather information, make connections, consider choices, and give what matters a place to be held.
Always an invitation.
Thoughtful structure, with room to adapt, grow, and stay in relationship with a changing life.
Different formats, different ways to explore
We each have different needs, preferences and ways of learning. Some of us enjoy writing on paper, others prefer a tablet, and some like reading on a Kindle or moving between formats as life changes.
As the Katalyst Within collection grows, we’re developing digital downloads, ebooks—including Kindle editions—and printed books, journals and planners. Each format will be shaped around the material and how it can be most useful to you.
Our current planners are available as digital PDFs. Further formats will be added as they’re prepared and reviewed, with each listing clearly showing what’s available.
The accompanying image illustrates possible print formats; final editions may look different.
More ways to engage, reflect and make the material your own.

For what you’re moving through:
Year-long companions for practices you’re cultivating and chapters that are changing.
the year of - Collection
Year-long companions for a practice you’re cultivating.
Some things can’t be rushed into a resolution. They grow by being returned to. A Year of… gives one practice a full year: a page for each week, a look back each month, and room for the seasons to show you what’s changing. Begin whenever you’re ready. Miss a week and simply come back. The practice is the commitment, not the perfect record.

the year after - Collection
Year-long companions for a chapter that has changed.
When a role that organised your life comes to an end, so do its rhythms, its people, and often a sense of who you were inside it. That isn’t only a loss to get over. It’s an identity to rediscover. The Year After… walks with you through that first full year: noticing what’s gone, what remains, and who you’re becoming. One week, one season, one honest page at a time.
