It is about becoming more honest.

More able to meet what has been hidden.
More willing to stay with what is true.
More capable of holding the parts of yourself that once felt too much, not enough, unsafe, shameful, powerful, tender, or hard to name.

What you have entered here is a course, yes.
But it is also a threshold.

A threshold within your own life.
And, quietly, within a wider living path of returning, rebuilding, remembering, and becoming.

May this be a place of depth, compassion, and real self-relationship.
May you move slowly.
May you take only what is true.
And may more of you be allowed to belong as you walk through it.
