INVITATIONS TO BEGIN

Working Together
There are many reasons you may have found your way here.
You may be recovering from something that changed you, navigating a relationship or transition, carrying professional responsibility, approaching an ending, or recognizing that the way you have been living can no longer continue unchanged.
You do not need to have everything understood before you begin.
We start with what is present now—with care, honesty, and respect for the pace at which meaningful change can be held.
This is not about fixing you.
It is about creating the conditions in which clarity, safety, self-trust, connection, and a more conscious relationship with your life can begin to return.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
 There are several ways we may work together, depending on what you are carrying, what you are
seeking, and the kind of support that feels appropriate now.
You do not need to know exactly which doorway is right before reaching out.
We can begin with what is present and determine the most supportive next step together.
PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL WORK
Private sessions offer a steady place to work with what is happening within you and around you.
Our work may include trauma recovery, nervous-system stabilization, grief, identity, relationship patterns, purpose, awakening, life transitions, completion, or the experiences that continue to shape how you live.
We move gently and practically—strengthening your capacity to recognize what is true, respond with greater choice, and carry less of the past into what comes next.
This is not a one-size-fits-all process. The work is shaped around you, your history, your present circumstances, and the pace at which meaningful change can be held.

COUPLES & family WORKÂ
 Couples and family work creates space to understand what is happening within the relationship system without reducing any one person to the problem.
Together, we slow repeating patterns, make room for each person’s experience, and explore what may be held beneath conflict, distance, protection, responsibility, or unmet longing.
The work may include communication, trust, parenting, blended-family transitions, adult family relationships, caregiving, estrangement, grief, changing roles, or the need to repair, redefine, or complete a relationship with greater honesty and care.
The aim is not to decide who is right. It is to help the relationship system become safer, clearer, more responsible, and more capable of responding differently.

MENTORSHIP, CONSULTATION & SUPERVISION
This pathway is for practitioners, leaders, helpers, and other professionals seeking thoughtful support as their work and lives continue to evolve.
Our work may include case consultation, trauma-informed practice, ethical responsibility, professional identity, leadership, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, sustainable business structure, or the personal growth required to remain well while supporting others.
Mentorship may also be appropriate when you are building a new life, role, body of work, or way of being—and want consistent support as that change becomes integrated over time.
A small number of longer-term mentorship and supervision relationships are available each year. These are carefully considered and shaped around the person, their responsibilities, and the level of support required.
COMPLETION & END-OF-LIFE SUPPORT
Some thresholds ask for a different kind of presence. Support is available for people navigating serious illness, dying, MAID, grief, relational completion, practical preparation, or the emotional and spiritual questions that may arise as life changes form.
This is not a space of persuasion, pressure, or assumption.
It is a place to be accompanied with dignity, honesty, and care—whether you are preparing personally, supporting someone you love, or trying to understand what this threshold is asking of you.
You do not have to face this alone.
SELF-DIRECTED OFFERINGS
For those who prefer to begin privately or move at their own pace, the Katalyst course offerings provide a quieter doorway into the work.
These courses explore trauma recovery, post-traumatic growth, relationship, perception, conscious evolution, completion, and living more fully from within.
Some people begin here before entering private work. Others use the courses alongside sessions, between sessions, or as an ongoing self-directed path.
There is no single place you must begin.
You are invited to enter through the course that most honestly meets where you are now.
Self Directed Course Offerings
LIVE OFFERINGS
Some parts of growth are meant to be explored in real time.
Throughout the year, a small number of live workshops, guided series, conversations, and shared learning experiences may be offered.
These gatherings are designed to be grounded, practical, and deeply human—creating space to explore a particular subject through teaching, reflection, discussion, and integration.
Offerings may include relationship work, book studies, seasonal reflection, trauma-informed education, professional development, or other themes emerging through the Katalyst body of work.

THE NATURE OF THE WORK
Meaningful work asks for participation.
You do not need to arrive completely ready, certain, or without fear.
You do need a willingness to be present, honest, and engaged with what you are choosing to enter.
Over time, you may begin to notice:
greater steadiness and self-trust;
clearer boundaries and choices;
less emotional overwhelm and repetition;
more capacity for relationship, responsibility, and change;
completion of what no longer needs to be carried;
and a life increasingly organized around what feels true.
Not through force.
Through attention, relationship, and consistency over time.
BEGIN WHERE YOU ARE
You do not need to know the whole path before taking the next step.
You are welcome to begin with the doorway that most honestly meets where you are now.
Whether that is private work, couples work, mentorship, professional support, completion support, a course, or a live offering, the beginning can remain simple.
Welcome. I’m glad you found your way here.
